We had a great weekend here. There was a big festival going on in one of the nearby towns, Scarriff, and we went both Saturday and Sunday. Mona and Harrie took two of their horses and a cart and were driving people around the town in it both days. There were craft booths where the kids could make things, booths set up by locals selling their handmade goods, music, dancing, etc… It was good fun and everyone had a good time.

They had 2 of these inflatable "hamster balls" that the kids could roll around in on the river at the festival...this is Evan doing it.
It never hurts to ask...
There was a Birds of Prey exhibit set up at the festival with various owls, eagles, falcons, etc..., so we went over for the girls to take a look. There had been a crowds of people standing around watching and listening to the man talk about the birds. Then Evan asks, "Can I hold it?"...
